PURCHASER'S OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
Ownership of an ArtBy Vicky work of art does not grant rights to reproduce or distribute the image in any format or media. All copyrights, reproduction and distribution rights remain that of the artist Vicky Seymour and her business entity ABV Arts Enterprises. The owner is granted the right to list original work of art, along with the corresponding image, in print media as being included in their private art collection as long as the artist is acknowledged in the listing.

NOTIFICATION IN CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP
The owner has the right to transfer ownership by sale, gift or bequest to someone else. For bookkeeping purposes, as well as to update the Certificate of Authenticity information, the owner is requested to notify the artist of the change in ownership status at the time the work of art is transferred to the new owner. Ownership rights, as described above, will then transfer to the new owner.

REQUESTS FOR TEMPORARY LOAN
The artist retains the right to request of the owner a temporary loan of the original work of art for archival purposes or to be used in a show of the artists' artwork. If the owner agrees to a temporary loan, an agreement, accepted by both parties, will be drawn covering all pertinent details of the loan, including duration, and any terms and conditions as set by the owner. The artist will be responsible for insuring the work of art in transit to and from the owner, as well as be responsible for all shipping and handling costs. The artist will acknowledge the work of art as part of the owner's private collection. The owner may remain anonymous, if desired. The owner of the work of art retains the right to refuse to temporarily loan the work of art, if ever requested.
