BUYER'S OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
Purchase of any artwork on this site does not grant the buyer rights to reproduce or distribute the artwork, but grants the buyer ownership of the artwork. The buyer shall be referred to within this document as "the owner." All copyrights, reproduction and distribution rights remain that of the creator, Vicky Seymour and her business entity, ABV Arts Enterprises. The owner does have the right to list original artwork, or limited edition print, within their private art collection and has the right to transfer ownership, by sale or gift, to someone else. The owner my display a photocopy of the artwork within a private portfolio listing of their art collection as long as the artist is listed in the description of the artwork. A photocopy of the artwork may also be taken for insurance purposes.

NOTIFICATION IN CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP
For bookkeeping purposes, the buyer is requested to notify the creator of the change in ownership status at the time artwork is sold or given to a new owner. Ownership rights, as described above, will then be transferred to the new owner.

REQUESTS FOR TEMPORARY LOAN
The creator retains the right to request of the owner a temporary loan of an original artwork for archival purposes or to be used in a show of the creators' collective artwork. If the owner agrees to a temporary loan, an agreement, accepted by both parties, will be drawn covering all pertinent details of the loan, including duration, and any terms and conditions as set by the owner. The creator will be responsible for insuring the artwork in transit to and from the owner, as well as be responsible for all shipping and handling costs. The creator will acknowledge the artwork as part of the owner's private collection. The owner of the artwork retains the right to refuse to temporarily loan the artwork, if ever requested.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE AND NOTICES
ABV Arts Enterprises reserves the right to change the Policies, and any Additional Terms at anytime, effective upon making the modified provisions available on this website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Policies. Continued use of this website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. ABV Arts Enterprises does not and will not assume any obligation to notify you of any changes to the Policies, or Additional Terms but, will make reasonable effort to contact clients of any changes.

GUARANTEE
Unless otherwise indicated, all artwork will be as advertised and shown on this site.
All artwork indicated as an original will be the original piece of artwork, signed by the creator, Vicky Seymour, and will come with a notarized certificate of authenticity.
The color and tint of the images as shown on the site are as close to the original artwork as can possibly be made. Due to the varying nature of computer monitors and the variation of personal preference in the monitor settings, NO GUARANTEE is made regarding the true color or tint of the paintings.

NON-COMMISSIONED PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Satisfaction is guaranteed on all products sold on this website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within thirty (30) days from the original date of shipping. All shipping, insurance and handling fees to and from the buyer are paid BY THE BUYER. None of the seller's shipping, insurance or handling charges are refundable. All attempts will be made to securely package all products prior to shipping. Returned products must be in original condition. Insurance is highly recommended on all purchases AND RETURNS. Refunds will not be given on damaged products, whether damaged enroute to customer or during return shipping.

A Product Return Slip will be included with all shipments. This slip must be included with all returns. Failure to include the return slip may delay any refund. Lost return slips can be attained by following the directions given in the Lost Return Slip section below.

Items should be re-wrapped and re-packaged as they were originally wrapped and packaged, preferably in the original shipping container. The buyer is responsible for insuring return products to cover any mishaps that may occur during the return shipping.

All the above return policies also apply to commissioned artwork and include the following additional conditions: Deposits are non-refundable.
